The reality mogul, 40, was bestowed the parcel as she negotiates her divorce from estranged husband Kanye West.
Taking to her Instagram Stories to reveal what was inside the pleasure box, Kim proudly displayed her presents on the floor of her bedroom.
Goop found Gwyneth, 48, had sent her a 'double-sided' wand vibrator, sex gel and a candle named This Smells Like Kim's Orgasm.
Gwyneth's infamous original scented candle - This Smells Like my Vagina - became a surprise hit following the launch last year.
The scents were so popular that the Shakespeare in Love actress followed it up with the This Smells Like My Orgasm line - retailing at £75.
However, lucky Kim didn't have to splash out on the luxury product as Gwyn decided to reach out to her directly.
The friendly gesture came as Kim continues to speak to lawyers regarding her split from rapper Kanye after seven years of marriage.
Kim, who shares children North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, three and one-year-old Psalm with the Yeezy hitmaker, filed for divorce last month.
The decision was made after a rocky year for the couple that saw Kanye fire off a series of hurtful tweets about Kim and her family before apologising.
Fans of the couple were given a glimpse into Kim's heartache over her husband's outburst in the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Viewers saw Kim appear increasingly stressed before her sisters arranged an at-home party to take her mind off the spiralling events.
Kim told the camera: "It's no secret that everyone sees things in the media about my life with Kanye, but I've always been really respectful in not talking about [our] issues… I mean, you guys clearly see them on Twitter, so I'm still gonna choose to not really talk about it here.
"I try to just support him. I don't want to talk about it on camera. I just don't want to talk about Kanye or anything."
After being quizzed about Kanye's presidency bid, Kim urged her family not to pay attention to the news articles.
The star was then seen sitting outdoors alone by herself as she spoke to someone from Kanye's team.
'I'm happy to come," she was oveheard saying. "I mean, I can get on a plane tonight. When I talk to him, he says ''No.'' I'm happy to come tomorrow. I'm happy to come next week. Whatever he wants… I'm still happy to come there and be supportive and chill with him, and hang out with him, and I know he needs that."
The couple were living apart with Kim staying at their home in LA while Kanye was residing at his ranch in Wyoming.
Kim's concerned momager Kris Jnner told the rest of the family: "She's struggling a bit with all this stuff.
"I just don't know how she's dealing with the stress of it all. She's always the calm in the storm. I think she's got a lot on her plate."
