Kim Kardashian is no stranger to the luxe lifestyle, but it appears wrapping her Lamborghini in her white SKIMS fabric was a step "too far" for unimpressed fans.
Altered to promote her upcoming SKIMS Cozy collection, the car has been covered in the same fluffy bouclé style fabric inside and out.
Even the steering wheel, floor and license plate were covered in the fabric.
Kim showed off the expensive upgrade on Instagram where she posted snaps lounging next to the car, dressed in the line’s new bra top, sweatpants and slides.
She captioned the post: "KIMMY HAD A LITTLE LAMB-BO!!! OMG isn’t this the cutest and funniest thing ever??? A new lambo w everything @skims cozy fabric! We’re coming out w new Cozy styles soon!..."
Whilst many fans went wild over the new collection, others were left baffled by the publicity stunt, slamming it for being a waste of money.
Among them was Perez Hilton, who said: "You know you're rich rich when you can ruin a very expensive car for something like this!"
Another person said: "I wouldn't want to see your reaction when the car passed through a mud puddle."
A third fan wrote: "No... too far Kim.... TOO FAR."
"I love it but how are you going to wash it? Take it off, put it in the washing machine and then put it on again?" asked another follower.
Whilst someone else wrote: "This is the biggest waste of money I think I’ve ever seen in my life."
But in a video posted on her Instagram stories, Kim told fans that the SKIMS team had gifted her the new Lambo covered in Cozy fabric.
