Kim Kardashian's secrets to slim figure as gruelling regime left her unable to walk

Kim Kardashian is looking in better shape than ever as she's holed up at home for the coronavirus lockdown.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been showing off her gym-honed physique in recent Instagram snaps as she continues to keep up with her hardcore training.

It's no wonder Kim looks noticeably slimmer after taking on gruelling 7am workouts in lockdown with her personal trainer Melissa Alcantara.

And now the mum-of-four has given fans full insight into her sweaty circuit sessions, claiming she's been left "unable to walk".

Her intense cardio workouts last for four rounds, and she focuses on maximum calorie burn to increase her metabolism during and after the sessions.

The Skims CEO had no issue with sharing her schedule with eager fans who have been begging to know the star's gym routine.

Kim puts herself through high-intensity intervals to keep herself in tip-top shape, including 100 weighted jumping jacks and extreme jump squats on a smith machine, paired with mountain climbers and box jumps.

She then finishes off the heart-racing round with a 25-minute walk on an uphill treadmill with the incline on 15, before repeating another three times.

"P.s. I can't walk today but still did this workout," Kim truthfully penned alongside a snap of her gym equipment.

It seems nothing will stop Kim from achieving her idyllic figure - even during the worldwide pandemic.

According to recent social media posts, Kim usually begins her 7am class with 20 minutes of straight walking lunges.

She then takes on bicep curls, ab crunches and dumbbell exercises during her very early daily routine.

Most of Kim's PT sessions have been via FaceTime since the lockdown was imposed.

The reality star shares a close friendship with her personal trainer, whose help she enlisted back in 2017.

Since then, the duo have regularly committed to keeping Kim in shape and maintaining her world famous hourglass figure with a series of incredible sessions.
