Jonathan Cheban has dished the dirt on his best friend Kim Kardashian ’s marriage.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star, 46, has been close with the Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star for over a decade — and knows the ins and outs of her marriage with rapper Kanye West.
Despite swirling rumours that Kim and Kanye – who married in 2013 – are set to separate following a number of public outbursts from the Jesus Walks hitmaker, Jonathan has insisted that the lovebirds are happier than ever.
The self-professed FoodGod lifted the lid on his best friend’s apparent relationship woes when he made an appearance on the Wendy Williams Show on Thursday.
When asked if the parents to North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm are on the rocks, the reality TV star put the speculation to bed when he shared a first-hand insight into their steady romance.
“They’re good!” he insisted.
“I mean I saw them last month in LA after not seeing them for five months because of COVID.
"It's you know, it is what is - but they're good. They’re happy.”
Jonathan then addressed Kanye’s recent outburst after he claimed that he’s being trying to divorce Kim for over two years after believing that she was unfaithful with rapper Meek Mill.
The Touch The Sky chart-topper also claimed that his wife thought about aborting their first child North, seven, before he eventually convinced her not to.
Sharing his insight on the star, who lives with bipolar disorder, Jonathan insisted: “'It's Kanye - he's a genius.
"His brain is on 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. It’s overwhelming.
“There has to be a certain point where things go AWOL and he comes right back.
“I think that is how a genius is.”
Elsewhere in the candid interview, Jonathan appeared to confirm that Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are back together after splitting up in 2019 when the sports star locked lips with Jordyn Woods who was a close friend of Khloe’s.
The FoodGod said: “'I knew a year ago they would get back together.”
