Kim Kardashian's 'botched' face shocks fans as they spot 'unnatural' expression on show

Kim Kardashian fans are convinced the reality star has "botched" her face once and for all.

The 42-year-old reality star could be seen throwing her head back and laughing as she tried to take new pictures for her driving license at the DMV in the latest episode of The Kardashians.

But fans spotted something very unusual about her face - her nose crinkles when she smiles but her forehead is completely frozen.

Kim herself finally admitted to being fond of "a little bit of Botox" in an interview last year.

Botox sees Botolinum toxin injected into your face to relax the muscles and smooth out lines and wrinkles.

But now fans think Kim has gone too far and been left with an "unnatural" looking face.

"What have these women done to themselves? Aging in LA is hard, but it’s not a crime," one fan of the show posted to Reddit.

"Botox is the least of her worries. At least the Botox is not permanent but all her surgery? Different story," another commented.

"Kim’s eye/nose wrinkle in the first picture looks so unnatural," a third wrote.

Kim has always insisted she hasn't had surgery, most recently denying rumours she's had filler in her face in a candid interview with Allure.

"I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips," she told the publication after insisting she "chilled" on the Botox recently.

People have also wondered whether Kim has had surgery on her nose, but she says it's all down to contouring.

"People always say I’ve had a nose job and they’ll use before and after pictures, but the after picture is really taken before," Kim told Harper's Bazaar in 2012.

Speaking to Allure, Kim said she does "genuinely care about looking good," explaining that she fits in laser treatments late at night – after her four children have gone to bed.

The SKIMS founder has always denied having plastic surgery, and even famously had her derriere x-rayed on TV to prove it was real, but the theories still persist.

She stated that she;s now "at peace with not being perfect" now she's in her forties.

Further commenting on her attitude to her looks, she said: "It's hard to explain because I am at peace, but I would still do anything to look and feel youthful."
