Kim, who is involved a in a nasty lawsuit with Missguided USA, said in legal docs she turns down more offers than she accepts as she revealed her level of influence over social media.
Mum-of-three Kim is asking the clothing comany for $5 million after she claims they used her image to made cash - and she justifies the jaw dropping amount by revealing just how much she charges other companies per post.
In legal docs she says she can make up to $750,000 from a post but TMZ understands she often makes $1 million.
Kim says her brand is being damaged by Missguided USA.
But Kim often uses Instagram for more personal posts.
She recently shared her pride at discovering five-year-old North West had been rifling through her designer wardrobe and put together one serious look.
North, who Kim boasted has inherited her love of fashion, dressed herself in a snakeskin belly top, denim shorts and some amazing accesories.
The youngster sported some huge earrings that dripped down her shoulders and a matching cuff on her arm.
She also had on a pair of Carolina Lemke shades that Kim had especially made for her because she 'didn't want to share.'
But rather than copying one of her ma's poses, North was happy to continue tucking into her ice cream for the snap.
