Kim Kardashian in screaming panic as Saint suffers allergic reaction

Kim Kardashian revealed she nearly screamed down the phone to the emergency services after her son suffered an allergic reaction.

Kardashian, 38, recalled the terrifying incident on Twitter as fans praised her calm demeanour during the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

But Kardashian revealed when it comes to her children North, five, Saint, three, and one-year-old Chicago she goes into panic mode.

One Twitter user wrote: “Kim is so calm. Can she teach me how to be that calm? #KUWTK.”

Kardashian retweeted the post and replied: “It doesn’t benefit you to not be calm. But let me tell you when one of my kids get injured or anything and I’m screaming and freaking everyone out.”

She later revealed she needed to be calmed down by her sister Khloe last weekend after she came close to calling 911 for her son Saint.

In response to a fan who said it is fine to “lose it” as a mother, she tweeted: “I did it this weekend when my Sainty had an allergic reaction and I jumped over the table like a hurdle lol Screamed call 911 and Khloe had to calm me down! I’m either super zen or so dramatic!”

The tweet has since been deleted, but Kim assured fans Saint is fine after the reaction. She responded “yes my baby is fine” to a fan who posted: “Omg hope he’s okay!”

The new series of Keeping Up With the Kardashians has seen Kim having to deal with husband Kanye West's desire to relocate their family to Chicago from California.

In the latest episode she said she is at “breaking point” because “the kids are in school and we have another baby on the way”.

The pair will welcome a son via a surrogate later this year.
