The reality star, 38, joined a galaxy of stars reading out vicious comments during a funny segment of Jimmy Kimmel Live!'s Celebrities Read Mean Tweets on Wednesday.
But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star couldn't resist making a biting comment back with a poisonous remark aimed at the troll.
The tweet: "I'd rather plant poison ivy plants in my anus before hearing another word about Kim Kardashian!"
Kim pipped up: "Go ahead and do that, please!"
She followed a hilarious performance from Will Ferrell who shouted his tweet after the troll complained about his "screaming".
He shouted: "Will Ferrell is overrated. Sorry, but he just screams."
Chris Rock, David Harbour, David Space, Jake Gyllenhaal, Zendaya, Tiffany Haddish, Mark Hamill, Sarah Paulson and Jeff Goldblum also gave the trolls a piece of their mind.
Martin Short even pretended to whimper as he mercilessly mocked the troll.
But Jon Hamm, Maisie Williams and Fred Savage just simply read out their tweets and didn't hit back at the nasty words.
Earlier in the day, Kim looked sizzling on her arrival at the flashy studios.
The American showcased her abs when she rocked up in a tiny one-shoulder crop top.
Kim gave a friendly wave to her adoring fans who were crowded outside the TV studios.
