Kim Kardashian has been forced to defend herself after fans joked that she doesn't know what hail is.
Calabasas, California - the usually sunny part of the state where Kim lives - has experienced freak weather, the heavens opening to release a downpour of hail stones.
But Kim seems to have been confused by it all - thinking it was snow.
She braved the icy conditions to film the weather outside, panning over to her house's basketball court blanketed in white.
"This is insane!" she said behind the camera, "my basketball court is white with snow!
"My basketball court is black, you guys, this is insane. It's snowing in Calabasas!"
Afterwards she shared a string of tweets from followers all pointing out that it was hail, not snow.
Kim joked in her reply: "Ok Ok, I get the message, it's hail not snow!
"I'm not a meteorologist people! I never claimed to be! I know I've got 30 jobs but meteorologist ain't one of them!
"If it's hailing in Calabasas in March I call it snow! OKUUURRRRR."
While Kim didn't quite get the specifics right, southern California could see snow later this week.
A storm swept south from the Bay Area on Tuesday night, causing thunder storms and the hail Kim saw.
Rain's expected in the Los Angeles area before the weather dries up again by Friday morning.
Meanwhile, Kim is set to return to our screens for the final ever season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians later this month.
Last year she shared the sad news that after 14 years and 20 seasons, the reality show would be coming to a close in 2021.
And it's expected that her split from husband Kanye West will play out on screen.
Kim filed for divorce last month, with the pair putting their kids first and co-parenting North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and one-year-old Psalm.
"Kanye has been spending time with all the kids," an insider told People, "A nanny is around during the visits. Kim has not been around for the visits, at Kanye's request."
A second source added that Kim is happy for Kanye to speak with them "whenever he wants."
"She knows he loves them, and they love him. Kanye can FaceTime the kids anytime he wants," they said.
Divorce proceedings are said thus far to have run smoothly, rumours of their split circulating since January.
They wed in 2014 in an Italian ceremony.
