Kim Kardashian West is just weeks away from becoming the mother of a fourth child but is finding it hard to 'mentally prepare', it is claimed.
Keeping Up With The Kardashian's star Kim apparently 'can't wait' for her family with rapper Kanye West to be extended.
The 38-year-old reality star is expecting her surrogate mother to give birth, "in a few weeks," a source has told People.com and Kim is hoping that "as soon as the baby is born, she will feel better."
The source claimed that Kim is finding it "difficult to prepare mentally for a new baby,” and that she felt the same way before Chicago arrived, 14 months ago.

It all changed though when Chicago arrived and from that moment, "everything worked out great."
The source continued: "Chicago fit in right away. It was like she had been a part of the family forever.
“Kim and Kanye are both very excited. Chicago grew so quickly, so they are happy about having one last baby in the house.
"But this is it, they both say. Four kids is the perfect number for them."

Speaking to the New York Times , Kim admitted she is 'frantically preparing' for her new arrival, that will be a sibling for Chicago, Saint, three and North, five.
Kim said: "I’m frantically trying to get the room ready. It’s madness, but the best madness.”

In the 16th season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim revealed to sister Kylie, 21, her worries about whether the surrogate would get pregnant at all.
Kim told the make-up mogul: "I'm low-key freaking out. I didn’t think it was going to happen. I thought, like, ‘Oh, it probably won’t even take.’“
