Kim Kardashian has reportedly petitioned to become legally single amid ex Kanye West 's desperate attempts to win her back.
The rapper - who changed his name to Ye - has made a string of public declarations to estranged wife Kim, making it clear he wants to give their marriage another go.
But Kim, who is dating Saturday Night Live comic Pete Davidson, seemingly has no interest in working things out romantically between them.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 41, who shares kids North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm with Kanye, has filed new documents in her divorce in a bid to be declared legally single while everything else is ironed out, TMZ reports.

The site reports Kim filed the docs today, and that if a judge signs them, she'll officially be single.
She's said to be asking the judge to separate the issues of child custody and property from her marital status.
And it's said that she's also asked for her maiden name to be restored, dropping the West she adopted when they married in 2014, despite her KKW beauty brand.
Kim's lawyer Laura Wasser has made similar moves in the past for her celebrity clients, such as Dr Dre and Kelly Clarkson, separating the issues to have them declared legally separated from their partners before divorce proceedings are complete.
But it seems to be far from what Kanye wants.

Just last night, Kanye took to the stage in LA, where it's believed Kim was in the audience with their daughter North, eight.
Kanye made a public bid to win his ex back by changing the lyrics of his hit Runaway from "runaway from me baby" to "I need you to run right back to me".
He also added: "More specifically Kimberly".
Kim filed for divorce in February after almost seven years of marriage to Kanye.
It came after a tumultuous time for the couple, who had been spending a lot of time apart with Kanye living at his ranch in Wyoming and Kim at their family home in Calabasas.

Kanye upset Kim and her family with a string of outrageous remarks during his failed bid to become President of the United States.
He claimed Kim had been unfaithful, called her mum Kris Jenner a "white supremacist" and told the world they had considered aborting daughter North.
He later apologised on Twitter, writing: "I would like to apologise to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter."
He added: "I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me."
And Kim said at the time that she was standing by Kanye, speaking out to say that people shouldn't judge his behaviour because he was struggling with his bipolar disorder.
Ever since their split, she's remained supportive of him, appearing at his album listening parties and remaining dedicated to co-parenting their children.
They've made a number of appearances together, and had both appeared to move on romantically, although it seems Kanye is now dedicated to winning Kim back.
The Mirror has contacted Kim's representatives for comment.
