Kim Kardashian fears she has life-threatening condition in explosive new KUWTK trailer

A new trailer for the next series of Keeping Up with the Kardashians has revealed the health battle Kim Kardashian was secretly battling.

The 38-year-old panics that she is suffering from lupus in the explosive new clip.

She said she feels "in her bones" that she has the autoimmune disease.

Dressed in a baggy hoodie and going makeup free, a worried looking Kim is seen getting a scan at the doctor.

She panics: "I feel this in my bones, I probably have lupus."

Her mum Kris Jenner, 63, tells her that she shouldn't be worrying until they have a diagnosis.

Kris says: "Let's stay positive until we get some results."

Kim is then seen crying and drying her eyes while she's comforted by her momager.

Lupus is a lifelong condition that causes inflammmation to the skin and major organs.

If untreated it can cause damage to the brain, heart, lungs or kidneys and can be life-threatening.

While treatment is available to ease symptoms, there is currently no cure for lupus.

Celebrities with lupus include Lady Gaga and Selena Gomez , who had a kidney transplant as a result of damage caused by the condition.

Kim's health problems have been well-documented on KUWTK.

She developed preeclampsia during both of her pregnancies and placenta accreta, which is when the placenta isn't delivered after the baby's birth.

The condition meant she decided to use surrogates to have her third and fourth children, Chicago and Psalm.
