Kim Kardashian's latest selfie has caused a huge stir amongst her fans, and it's not because she's posing half naked this time.
Her followers were shocked at her youthful looks after she posed for a photo with her eldest daughter North West, who was celebrating her sixth birthday last week.
The 38-year-old's face was line free as she beamed for the camera in the snap, which had a Snapchat filter on top.
She sparked a flurry of comments about her "new face" as she shared the photo with her 61million Twitter followers.
"Does Kim have a new face?" one tweeted.
Another posted: "Cant even move your face to smile....fake af...kids gonna have major complexes since you are plastic and obviously not happy with yourself."
"Literally looks 20 omg," a third said.
A fourth wrote: "How do you look younger than your kids?"
The Kardashian-Jenner clan have consistently been hit by surgery allegations, but they never comment on the claims.
Yesterday Kim's little sister Kylie Jenner was accused of having bum surgery after she shared a video showing off her figure.
Kylie was filmed strutting down the street in a skin-tight one-sleeved dress that showed off her curvy botom.
Fans were quick to question her about surgery, with Kylie previously insisting she's only had lip fillers done.
Kim's fourth child, a baby boy she named Psalm, arrived via surrogate on May 9.
She also shares North, six, Saint, three, and Chicago, one, with her husband Kanye West .
The 42-year-old rapper dad has previously been revealed as being 'very hands on' so far and hasn't 'shied away from a dirty diaper'.
