Kim Kardashian donates elaborate floral headpiece from fashion shoot to frontline workers

Kim Kardashian has thanked frontline workers for their efforts during the pandemic by gifting them an elaborate floral arrangement.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 40, reportedly used the floral headpiece for a photoshoot before gifting them to medical staff, reports TMZ.

The flowers were reportedly delivered to the USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in California along with a thank you note.

And the delivery seemed to have made quite the impression as the hospital's Instagram account shares sweet snaps of doctors and nurses posing with the flowers.

"Flowers generously donated by Kim Kardashian West and Jeff Leatham," the note reads.

Alongside the snaps, the hospital's account wrote: "Lovely bouquets of flowers donated to frontline healthcare workers by Kim Kardashian West. #keckmedicineofusc #kimkardashian #jeffleatham @kimkardashian #rosesmakemehappy @keith_hobbs7."

The flowers were handed out by the hospital's CEO Keith Hobbs as he gifted the roses to healthcare staff as an early Valentine's Day gift.

Last year, Kim donated £1 million from her SKIMS shapewear brand to help mothers and children in need of support during the pandemic.

However, not everyone was pleased with her announcement, with some suggesting it wasn't generous enough.

And some questioned why she had to re-launch and sell her products in order to give the donation.

The mum-of-four took to Instagram to announce she'd be restocking her underwear line to help bring relief to those who need it.

Sharing a snap of herself and a group of women modelling her collection, she wrote: "To support Mothers and Children in need during this time, I’m proud to announce @SKIMS is committed to donating $1M to families affected by COVID-19.

"We will restock the collection we first launched with, and in doing so, be able to help bring relief to those affected by this pandemic."
