Pictures of Tristan kissing another woman in a club and seemingly heading to a hotel with another emerged when Khloe was just days from giving birth.
The stress sent her into labour, and Kim was so annoyed about him being in the delivery room that she mimed cutting her throat when he turned his back to her.
Khloe gave him another chance, only for him to cheat on her again, this time with her sister Kylie Jenner's BFF Jordyn Woods.
She split with him for good, and he's been trying to worm his way back into her life ever since.
After bumping into each other in New York, Kim invited Tristan to dinner with her friends, and has been on his team ever since.
In a new bonus clip from Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim discusses Tristan with Scott Disick as they play basketball together.
The scenes were filmed before Kim's epic fight with Kourtney and their trip to Armenia together.
Kim and Scott chat about the upcoming trip before the conversation turns to Tristan.
Scott says: "I'm dying to hear, so when you were in New York you went to dinner with Tristan?"
Kim says: "It was good, he's honestly so nice."
Scott agreed: "He is. He's made mistakes, but I honestly think he's trying so hard."
"He's really trying really hard," Kim says. "It's been like a full year of him as a different person."
Kim said she was impressed by Tristan turning up "solo" to the dinner in New York and Scott said it's clear Tristan just wanted to see her.
He added: "To be in that place and feel like everyone in that family that he just had a kid with hates him, that would be like a horrible feeling.
"I think it was the right thing to do. No matter what he's still like in the family."
Khloe and Tristan are said to have been growing closer after living together with True during lockdown.
Khloe has insisted they're just co-parents, but has been seen on the show discussing freezing her eggs and using Tristan's sperm to fertilise them.
