Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson 'eye up $225m love nest' as romance heats up

Kim Kardashian is believed to be on the lookout for her first home with boyfriend Pete Davidson in California.

The reality star, 41, shared her first kiss with the comedian, 28, during her Saturday Night Live skit in October last year.

Since then, the pair have gone from strength-to-strength with Kim recently opening up about their romance on Hulu series The Kardashians.

Now, Kim and Pete are finally ready to take their romance one step further.

It's reported that the pair, who are currently enjoying a romantic getaway, are eyeing up an oceanside estate in Malibu for a staggering $225 million.

According to Heat magazine, Kim and Pete are hoping to find somewhere to settle once they're engaged - and believe the property is the perfect place.

A real estate agent close to the couple told the publication: "This compound is by far the hottest property on the market in LA right now, so of course they're considering it.

"It has magical views of the Pacific Ocean and is so private - it's the ultimate dream property. More importantly, buying a home like this would instantly make Kim and Pete the king and queen of Malibu society."

The 25,000 sq ft house, which features 16 bedrooms, 28 bathrooms, a secret tunnel and a movie theatre, went on sale last week.

The property also has access to its very own beach, which makes it the perfect outdoor play spot for Kim's children - North, eight, Saint, seven, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two.

In fact, the mansion has enough space for the entire Kardashian clan, including momager Kris Jenner.

The famous family reside in the most exclusive areas of Los Angeles, with Kim currently living in the $60 million Hidden Hills mansion she once shared with ex-husband Kanye West.

However, the new home could provide a change for everyone.

The source added: "It's so spacious, it could easily accommodate several large families, as well as their teams of staff.

"They feel like they've outgrown Hidden Hills and would like to establish a foothold in Malibu, where they'll be better placed to rub shoulders with the A-list. For all their material success, Kim and Kris would love to be more respected within old-school Hollywood circles.

"This could be the perfect next step for them."

While Kim is yet to publicly address a potential move, she recently gushed over comedian Pete on an episode of The Kardashians.

Speaking to the camera, the mum-of-four shared: "Okay, you guys have stalked me long enough. I'll finally answer you. So, this is how it went down with Pete.

“I did SNL, and then when we kissed in a scene, it was just a vibe. And I was like 'Oh s**t, maybe I just need to try something different.'

"Everyone was at my after party. [Pete] does not give me the time of day. So, a few days later, I called the producer at SNL, and I was like 'Hey, do you have Pete's number?' and they were like, 'Yeah!'”

Kim went on to admit: “I wasn't even thinking like, 'Oh my god, I'm going to be in a relationship with him.' I was just thinking, 'Heard about this BDE. Need to get out there.' I was just basically DTF.”

Meanwhile, last week, Pete was spotted holding hands with Kim's eldest son Saint during an outing in Los Angles.

The Kardashians is available to stream on Disney+ in the UK and Hulu in the US.
