Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have welcomed their fourth child into the world via surrogate.
The reality star announced the news to her 60 million followers on Twitter earlier today.
She said: "He’s here and he’s perfect!"
In a second tweet she admitted the new arrival is the spitting image of their daughter Chicago.

She wrote: "He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."
Kim and Kayne are already parents to Saint, North and Chicago.
The new addition to the family is the second child through surrogate after she went through pregnancy with North and Saint.
Chicago was born via surrogate in January 2018.
Yesterday, Kim’s sister Kourtney Kardashian, 40, revealed Kim and Kanye were at a hospital after their surrogate was in labour.
The reality star was scheduled to appear on The Ellen Degeneres Show alongside her sibling and their children to surprise their mum Kris Jenner.
