Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have welcomed their fourth child, a baby boy, via surrogate.
The reality star confirmed the news on Twitter this afternoon, describing the new arrival as "perfect."
"He's here and he's perfect!" she wrote, after sister Kourtney confirmed that the couple's surrogate had gone into labour.
The mother of four also remarked on the newborn's similarity to sister Chicago, writing: "He's also Chicago's twin lol I'm sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."
The couple are also parents to North, five, Saint, three, and Chicago, one, who was also born via gestational carrier.
Kourtney, 40, broke the news that her sister's surrogate had gone into labour in an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, leaving mother Kris Jenner in shock.
"So, my mum doesn't even know this, but Kim's surrogate went into labour, so she's at the hospital," she said.
Kim confirmed that she and her rapper husband were expecting a new arrival earlier this year, and revealed that the child will be a boy.
They are yet to announce a name for their newborn, though the star has previously said that she usually waits "three or four days" after the birth before deciding what her child will be called.
"We all weigh in," she told late night host Jimmy Kimmel during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last month. "I definitely take a family survey, but it's usually after the baby's born and we're trying to figure out what the baby looks like.
"I usually go about three or four days nameless until I feel like it really connects."
Kim recently revealed that she had been considering the name Rob as a tribute to her younger brother and her late father, and has already ruled out the possibility of another 'direction' name.
