Lifting trophies is no problem for muscle-bound mates Nikki Hamilton and Johnson Stewart.
The Kilwinning Olympic Weightlifting Club duo were in title winning form at two top competitions.
Nikki, 23, was in action at the Scottish Championships in Pitlochry where she lifted 72kgs in the Snatch and a record-breaking 91kg in the Clean and Jerk for a title winning total of 163kg.
She will now lift at the British Championships in Coventry on June 8.
Johnson, the club’s youngest lifter at 9, took first place at the Development Championships in Easterhouse, Glasgow.
He had total lifts of 56kgs in the Snatch and 83kg in the Clean and Jerk for an overall total of 139kg.
