Chris Strain reckons November could make or break Kilwinning Rangers’ season.
The Buffs, who were idle last weekend after their game at Rob Roy was washed out, kick-off a run of three home league games against Rossvale tomorrow.
Hurlford and Benburb follow before an away day at Troon rounds off the month.
And boss Strain admits the pressure to pick up points is well an truly on with huge matches against fellow title hopefuls Darvel and Auchinleck Talbot on the horizon in early December.
Kilwinning currently sit fourth in the WoSFL Premier Divison, 10 points behind leaders Pollok but with two games in hand.
Strain said: “The next three home games, without over-egging things, have the potential to make or break our season.
“We’ve got some really tough games over the next five or six weeks and we need to get as many points on the board as we possibly can to build momentum.
“Rossvale on Saturday is a very important game for us, even more so because we didn’t play at the weekend.
“They were worthy of their point when we played them earlier in the season and they’ve shown they are capable of getting results.

“They’re no pushovers by any manner of means. They have a young squad who are pretty fearless and we know we’ll be in for a tough game.
“At the moment though, performances aren’t as important as points. We just have to find ways to win.”
Strain admits last Saturday’s call-off could be a blessing in disguise for his battle-scarred, injury-hit squad.
He added: “We just gave the boys Saturday off rather than bring them in and train.
“You obviously don’t like to see games called off but it’s bought us a wee bit of time in terms of nursing boys back to fitness.”
Strain has been boosted by the news that Ben Lewis is close to a return to action, having initially feared the forward would be out until the end of the month.
