A pair of Kilted Coaches known for their outdoor workout videos and life-changing advice have revealed they have an exciting new TV show set to air this week.
The world’s first-ever undercover weight-loss show, Secret Body, sees lifestyle experts Stephen Clarke and Rab Shields helping people on their weight loss journeys.
But in a twist from the usual format, all of the participants involved in the show will be doing so without the pressure of family and friends knowing they are trying to drop the pounds – thanks to an innovative bodysuit that will hide their weight loss.
Speaking about the show, Stephen and Rab revealed they travelled all across the country to help people transform their lives.

The duo, who have over a decade and a half's experience in helping people with lifestyle changes, enjoyed being able to help without the participant's friends and families knowing what was happening.
Rab said: "We loved the fact that our participants were able to keep the whole thing a secret.
"Lots of people start these weight loss journeys and make big statements to their family and friends.
"The problem with this is that it can add a lot of external pressure, though their nearest and dearest applaud them when things are going great, if they trip up or fall off the wagon they can feel a bit scrutinised."
Stephen added that this is where the specially designed Body Suit comes in, built by theatrical costume fabricators Chantal Short and Athena Patterson it's the exact same size and shape of their pre-transformation bodies.
He said: "The beauty of the show is that the suit allows the individual to just focus on themselves - ultimately the person has to walk the walk themselves – meaning they can progress at their own pace and nobody knows about it until the time comes for them to rip it off and reveal their secret body."
Each episode follows the journey of two secret slimmers as they try to keep their amazing body transformation a secret from those closest to them.
Worn every time they leave the house, the Body Suits give the secret slimmers the freedom to go about their daily lives, and constantly seeing how big they used to be, helps to keep them motivated to continue with their hard work…until the big reveal before friends and family 12 weeks later.
Speaking about the reveals, Rab said: "Everyone loves a before and after, but with the show it's instantaneous. These people think their chosen person is just at the start of their journey, when actually they are at the end of it.
"We just loved that concept. All of the reveals were absolutely magical, it was the shock factor on everyone's faces. We were both quite emotional, it was a real privilege to be a part of it."
Already having enjoyed a successful pilot in 2019, the new six-part series sees 12 participants from across Scotland from Inverness to Dumfries and from Skye to Sanquhar.
The first episode features Mesame, a stay-at-home mum from Glasgow, who is desperate to get her pre baby body confidence back so she can get back into her bikinis and enjoy a spa day with the girls.
And Ritchie, a retired headmaster from Nairn who wants to get a handle on his sweet tooth and drop some weight to be fit enough to challenge his son to a game of squash.
Rab explained: "For me, Ritchie was the champion for the older generation and because he's nearly 70 when his episode airs, I hope a bunch of people around his age will see that barrier broken and realise they are never too old to get fit."
While Stephen was delighted to change mum of three Mesame's perceptions of what she was capable of.
"The most commonn things we've heard as personal trainers is 'I've got this mum weight I just can't shift, I've had three or four kids and I just can't lose weight'.
"But Mesame is an example that actually you can do anything you put your mind to, so long as you have the right reasons and motivation for doing it.
"She quickly learned that with the right education and motivation you can go and achieve anything you want."
The duo said they are excited to see how people react to the show, with their overarching hope being that they can transform the health and wellbeing of all of Scotland.
Rab added: "If we can help just one person at a time, anyone who is watching this show, or reading this article that thinks they can make some changes in their own lives, then hopefully they'll do it and people around them will be inspired by their actions. And it goes on and on, one person at a time."
Stephen agreed: "It's just an amazing thing to be part of and to see people from far and wide and all walks of life really change their lives for the better."
The first hour long episode of Secret Bodies will air on Tuesday January 11, on BBC Scotland at 10pm and will then stream on BBC iplayer.
