Kilmarnock's 2021-22 fixture list in full as Tommy Wright's men eye Championship promotion bid

Kilmarnock have had their cinch Championship journey all mapped out after the fixtures for the 2021-22 season were released on Tuesday morning.

An opening-day clash with derby rivals Ayr United on Saturday, July 31 has heightened anticipation as the club gear up for their first campaign outside of the top-flight since 1993.

The four Ayrshire derbies were the first matches picked out by punters this week.

Killie will travel to Somerset Park on Tuesday, October 26 before hosting the Honest Men for a second time on Sunday, January 2.

The final derby showdown will take place at Ayr on Saturday, March 12.

On Boxing Day, Killie travel to Hamilton Accies, who themselves were relegated from the Premiership last term, with Tommy Wright's troops due a festive visit from Morton on Wednesday, December 29.

Killie kick-off their campaign with the Premier Sports Cup group games. A trip to Lowland League East Kilbride gets the ball rolling on Saturday, July 10 before travelling to League One Clyde on July 17.
