Residents living in Killiney have been urged to close their doors and windows as a wildfire rages nearby.
Dublin Fire Brigade are currently on scene battling the flames in hot and humid conditions.
And although the difficult conditions are adding to the challenge of fighting the blaze, DFB admitted that the stunning views along the coastline are making the work a little bit more enjoyable!
They said: "Three crews of Firefighters are fighting a wildfire in Killiney. If you are living in the area, close your windows and doors while we extinguish the fire.
"It's hot and humid work, but the views are nice!"
There are no reports of any injuries as a result of the fire, but if you are in the area please use caution and keep safe if smoke is hampering the air condition or visibility.
