Aidan O'Brien will be responsible for half of the 22 Irish challengers on the opening day of Royal Ascot tomorrow.
Investec Derby sixth Circus Maximus will lead his bid for the St. James’s Palace Stakes, in which he’ll be joined by stablemates The Irish Rover and Vane Beethoven.
Sergei Profofiev and Fairyland will carry Ballydoyle hopes in the King’s Stand while Le Brivido will be O’Brien’s runner in the Queen Anne, the first of three Group 1 events on the opening day.
Also in the Queen Anne line-up will be Dermot Weld’s Hazapour and last year’s Irish 2,000 Guineas winner Romanised.
And O’Brien will saddle four in the Coventry Stakes, including favourite Arizona.
