A spokesperson the estate agents listing the garage explained that the garage had been advertised incorrectly due to an issue with its database. Douglas & Gordon has since taken the listing down, he added.
The spokesperson apologised for the error and said: “Our bespoke data base does not distinguish between flats and garages but we have taken the listing down and we’re working to rectify it.”
