Napoli left-back Mario Rui has appeared to confirm he's not leaving amid the club's interest in Kieran Tierney .
The Celtic star has been the subject of three failed bids from Arsenal this summer while the Serie A giants were also heavily linked.
The Gunners are set to turn their attention elsewhere while a report on Monday claimed Napoli too were backing away.
A move for Tierney was said to hinge on the future of Rui, with some reports in Italy insisting a bid would only be made if the Portuguese was sold.
And the 28-year-old defender has now spoken out on his future with Carlo Ancelotti's side.

"Everyone is free to express their opinion," he told TuttoNapoli .
"I've always been calm, from the boss (Ancelotti) to the club, no-one has ever told me that I'm available for sale.
"The club and the coach have always backed my desire to stay at Napoli, and I feel good.
"I get on well with the group and the people, and I hope to continue like this."
Meanwhile, Celtic have confirmed the signing of Hatem Abd Elhamed on a four-year deal.
The former Hapoel Beer Sheva defender became the club's fourth summer signing on Wednesday, adding to the capture of Christopher Jullien, Luca Connell and Boli Bolingoli-Mbombo.
