Kieran Tierney will overcome his injury worries in time to face Moldova on Friday, says Scotland coach John Carver.
It's another huge game for Steve Clarke 's team as a victory in Chisinau will ensure a playoff spot for next year's World Cup in Qatar.
Clarke is without suspended Lyndon Dykes and Ryan Christie while key defender Grant Hanley has also withdrawn from the squad.
It had looked touch and go with Arsenal star Tierney, who has missed the Gunners' last three games with an ankle injury.
But Scotland fans were relieved to see the former Celtic man on the bench for their clash with Watford.
And now Clarke's assistant Carver has confirmed that Tierney has trained "exceptionally well" - and will make the all-important clash with Moldova.
"He looked great this morning, full of running.
"He has been out some time now but he was on the bench at the weekend and he has come into the camp and trained exceptionally well.
"We don't see any problems with him."
Tierney is likely to be one of the first names on the teamsheet as he is set to continue his productive partnership with Andy Robertson down the left hand side.
But it remains to be seen who will join him in the back three after Hanley's withdrawal.
Jack Hendry and Scott McTominay look the most likely duo but Liam Cooper has made his case while in-form Hearts star John Souttar could provide something different on the right of the three.
