Kieran Tierney in classy message as Arsenal star thanks well wishers

Scotland star Kieran Tierney has taken to social media site Twitter to deliver a message of gratitude to his many fans after suffering another injury blow.

The former Celtic star has been plagued by problems over the last 18 months and has been ruled out for three more after dislocating a shoulder on Monday night.

The star fell awkwardly during the Arsenal's 3-1 victory over West Ham and it's feared he won't see further action until March.

Tierney joined Arsenal from Celtic in the summer but did not make his debut until late September due to a niggling groin problem.

The full-back remains a huge fan favourite at Parkhead despite the £25m transfer to London.

Tierney took time out from his recovery to emphasise how important the support he has already received has been.

He said: "Thank you so much for the continued support through everything. Very grateful for it.

"I don't take it for granted. God bless x"
