Kieran Tierney has confirmed what all Arsenal fans think about Emile Smith Rowe in an interview with Sky Sports.
The Gunners are in the midst of a tricky season under Mikel Arteta as they go through a transitional phase.
The Spaniard has been desperate to bring through the youth at the club and that includes Smith Rowe.
Despite being just 20 and having a handful of appearances under his belt, Arteta has entrusted him to rope the team up the table.
It started with a breathtaking display against Chelsea on Boxing Day and the youngster has not looked back since.
Arsenal fans have loved watching Smith Rowe play and have jovially dubbed him the 'Croydon de Bruyne'.
And they are not the only ones, with team-mate Tierney also admitting he enjoys playing with him.
He told Sky Sports: "What a player, honestly.
"I think you can see how much I enjoy playing with him. The other day I linked up well with him.
"I thought there was a good understanding, off the pitch as well.
"He’s a great guy and a humble guy, he will go very far in the game."
Arteta has already expressed his admiration for the player and admitted he is one of the main men within the group.
He said: "He's got all the ability in the world to do that in a consistent way.
"And then as well it's his intelligence, it's how much he can read, understand and affect the game to make better decisions with the quality he has."
As well as Smith Rowe, Bukayo Saka is another youngster from the academy to really impress since becoming a key player in the squad.
The duo have a combined 39 appearances in the Premier League this season, though Smith Rowe missed the first few months with a shoulder injury.
