Kieran Hayler has caused a stir by revealing the results of his body overhaul as he flashed his bulging biceps and washboard abs on social media.
The former partner of Katie Price , who claims he lost his honed stripper bod while married to the glamour model, appears to have been putting in some serious work in the gym of late.
And 32-year-old Kieran wasn't afraid to show off his efforts as he took to Instagram to post footage of him gardening in a tiny vest.
"I'm out mowing the grass," the dad-of-two informed his 100k followers.
He then ran his hands through his coiffed locks. "Fluffy hair don't care," he said to camera before lifting up his shirt.
Before meeting his now estranged wife Katie, Kieran had made a living as a stripper.
But Kieran - who shares children Jett and Bunny with Katie, said he developed a 'dad bod' during his marriage to the reality star.
Katie previously said: "When I meet men they are really fit and then when they are with me they get fat.”
But since the pair broke up in 2018 - amid claims Kieran had cheated on Katie again, the dad has returned to his old physique.
Kieran's love life has also improved as he's now dating flight attendant Michelle Penticost.
The couple met at the primary school where there children attend.
Meanwhile, Katie's love remains as tumultuous as ever.
Footage emerged today of Katie, who is engaged to toyboy Kris Boyson, cuddled up with four men after a boozy night during her holiday to Turkey.
The mum of five, who announced her engagement to Kris just four weeks ago, snuggled up with Charlie Drury in the back of a private car after regaling clubbers with a screechy version of her new single Hurricane.
Appearing worse for wear, Katie lolled her head back in the minivan as she placed her hand on Charlie's thigh.
While the two are yet to announce that they're anything more than friends, insiders claim they've been flirting over Instagram for some time.
Amateur footballer Charlie had hinted at his budding relationship with Katie when he shared a picture of his passport on her Versace bed covers earlier this week.
He had been due to fly out to Turkey with her, but lost his passport and was unable to take his original flight.
It appears that he stayed in Katie's home after missing the flight as he posted the snap of her bedsheets.
Kris is said to be in disbelief at Katie's antics and is still at home in the UK, although her children are out with her in Turkey.
