Kieran Hayler appeared to take a swipe at his ex-wife Katie Price when he celebrated their son’s 8 th birthday.
Proud dad Kieran shared a string of sweet throwback snaps of the former couple’s lad Jett on his big day.
But ex-glamour model and mum Katie, 43, was nowhere to be seen in the photographs, as Kieran chose to cut her out of all the images.
Alongside a picture of the lad with his birthday balloons, Kieran wrote: “Just like that my first born turns 8!!!!!!!
“I actually have an 8 year old. Jett you are the most gorgeous, kind, gentle, intelligent, and all round amazing little boy. (Not so little)
Kieran, 33, gushed: “I am so lucky to be your dad, you make my life so much better. Daddy loves you with all his heart and I am so so proud to call you my son. #happybirthday #8yearsold."
Kieran shared one touching image of him cuddling his little boy as they both beamed at the camera lens.
And he also shared a lovely photo of Jett holding a giant number eight and purple shark balloons as his young lad enjoyed the celebrations.
Later in the day Katie, who is currently on holiday in St Lucia with her fiancé Carl Woods - her fourth holiday in two months - took time to share her own photos to celebrate Jett’s big day.
Katie shared a pic of her and Jett cuddled up bed and sound asleep on a bed.
And the 43-year-old penned: “Happy 8th Birthday to my baby boy Jett , it wasn’t a great start in life with my waters breaking in France and him being born early and the horrid circumstances at the time and intensive care.
“But he was strong and turned out to be my gorgeous lovable mini bear grills watch out for the next adventurer.”
Katie also attached a couple of heart emojis to share the love on Jett’s special day, but she also chose not to include Kieran in montage of pics.
One fan slammed the TV star for taking so long to celebrate his birthday.
“But late in the day to announce your sons [sic] birthday,” blasted one of Katie’s 2.6million Instagram followers.
“Problem with his passport,” joked another, referencing Katie not being with Jett on his special day.
“Missed yet another child’s birthday because of your holiday,” criticised another observer.
“That’s two kids birthdays she’s missed because she went on holiday?” attacked another follower. “What mother does that??”.
“About time you wished ur [sic] SON A HAPPY BIRTHDAY that’s [sic] both you have missed [sic] you should be ashamed of urself [sic].”
Last week Kieran posted a similar post on his Instagram account to celebrate their daughter Bunny’s seventh birthday.
“Happy 7th birthday to the most gorgeous, caring, kind, beautiful, amazing, intelligent and special little girl,” wrote Kieran.
“Daddy loves you more than anything and am very proud of my girl. Growing up far to fast but enjoying every moment. #happybirthday #birthdaygirl.”
