Kieran Hayler appeared to take a swipe at Katie Price’s parenting and vowed to never cheat on fiancée Michelle Pentecost in a new interview.
The former stripper said it was "great" that he and Michelle, 36, have similar parenting techniques – but said his "strict" parenting style differs from ex Katie’s, with who he shares Jett and Bunny.
Speaking to Closer, he shared: "When it comes to me and Kate, we're just so different as parents. I'm like Pete [Andre] in the way I'm strict. They've got strict bedtimes.
"Junior and Princess and Jett and Bunny always say, 'Mum's not like that, mum's not so strict or regimented', but in the week I want them to have a regular bedtime - they brush their teeth, read a story, go to bed earlier. That is how I grew up and that is how I want them to grow up."
When asked about his cheating past, Kieran insisted he would never stray from Michelle, who he met in 2018.
He declared: "I had a past with cheating - but I've grown up now. Being a dad has totally changed me for the better. Thanks to the kids I have learned patience. It taught me to have responsibility.
"Now, I've grown up enough to find someone I'm completely and utterly in love with - that's another bit that's really changed me."
The 34-year-old added that there is “a lot of pressure” being with someone in the public eye and insisted that he trust Michelle "100 per cent".
Kieran married Katie, 43, in 2013 in the Bahamas after a whirlwind two-month romance.
However, they split in May 2018 after he cheated on Katie with her former best friend Jane Pountney and their nanny, Nikki Brown.
After nearly three years of negotiations, Kieran and Katie finally finalised their divorce in March.
While he waited for the divorce to become official, Kieran asked flight attendant Michelle to marry him during a romantic trip to the Maldives in March last year.
The couple met at the primary school gates in 2018, where Michelle’s son Valentino, 10, attends the same school as Jett and Bunny.
Before sharing his exciting baby news with the world, Kieran took to Instagram to share a video of the romantic moment he surprised Michelle by proposing in the Maldives.
"Best decision I have ever made. I love you!!!!! Looking forward to the future and what it brings us as a couple, a partnership and a team,"️ he told his future wife.
Two weeks after his divorce from Katie was made official, Kieran announced that he and Michelle were expecting their first child together, a boy, in August.
