He has Bunny, five, and Jett, six, whose mother is Katie, as well as Valentino, seven, who is his partner Michelle's child from another relationship.
The blended family enjoyed an adorable Christmas morning wearing matching festive pyjamas and opening the many gifts Santa had brought.
He posted a selfie video of him cuddling his girlfriend Michelle Pentecost and another one of the children surrounded by wrapping paper as they opened their presents.
On Christmas Eve he called his children "prince" and "princess" as he kissed them goodnight - showing they were definitely with him and not with his ex, Katie.
He also left out a traditional carrot for Santa's reindeer, and showed a bite had been taken out of it alongside the caption "Santa's been!"
The former couple have been embroiled in social media wars before as Katie seemingly suggests she has the kids, when Kieran in fact has them.
Last month, the mother-of-five sparked confusion when she shared a clip from their trip to Alton Towers which she filmed over the weekend.
They were joined on the trip by her eldest son Harvey, 17, who enjoyed playing the fare ground rides with Bunny and Jett.

Meanwhile, Kieran put on a sparkling fireworks display in his back garden for the kids and he streamed videos on his Instagram stories, proving they were actually at his home.
While Bunny and Jett are with Kieran, Katie's other kids Princess and Junior will be at her ex husband Peter Andre's house.
Harvey will be keeping Katie company today as they spend Christmas together - presumably with Katie's current boyfriend, Kris Boyson.
