Kids give amazing performance of Beatles classic Let it Be at Clutha bar

This talented trio of young boys are making a name for themselves in the music scene.

Sam Baird, nine, and Connor Fyfe and Kerr James, both aged 12, performed together for the first time at a Clutha kids music event on Sunday.

The talented youngsters regularly perform separately at the Clutha bar, as well as King Tut's, but decided to try something a little different this week.

School pipe band bring New York's Grand Central Station to standstill with performance

The trio decide just an hour before going on stage they would perform the Beatles classic Let it Be together for the first time.

It was an incredible performance and the boys were given a standing ovation.

Connor's mum told Glasgow Live: "Connor is a regular at the Clutha, King Tut's and Amethyst.

"He's the youngest act signed up to several Scottish music festivals this year after opening eh6 festival in November where Gerry Cinnamon headlined. He and Kerr are friends from the gig scene, he only met Sam an hour before they sang on Sunday and they decided do one together.

"The Clutha is a great platform for up coming Glasgow talent run by Ashley Crossan."

Both Sam and Kerr are also talented musicians and play a number of gigs and events across Glasgow.

Kerr's mum Kirsty said: "Kerr was scouted with Britian's Got Talent and The Voice this year and got extremely far in both competitions. He's also a songwriter and been writing with Matt Hickman (Brownbear) and Luke La Volpe."

Well boys we think you could give the Beatles a run for their money - you smashed it!
