West Ham survived one of the all-time FA Cup upsets as they needed extra-time to see off National League North side Kidderminster Harriers.
The Hammers were 1-0 down and seconds away for a humiliating defeat until Declan Rice rescued them with a brilliant 91st-minute equaliser to deny Kidderminster a famous win.
The fourth-round tie was heading for penalties but Jarrod Bowen won it for the Hammers in the 121st minute in extra time.
Kidderminster defender Alex Penny had earlier put sixth-tier side ahead and, in windy conditions and on a bobbly pitch, West Ham were atrocious until Rice came off the bench to rescue them.
The result was cruel on Kidderminster who led for 72 minutes against the team currently fifth in the Premier League.
Kidderminster - third in the National League North and 112 league places below their star-studded opposition - were the lowest side still left in the FA Cup.
