Similar to most rookies, Zach Wilson had a bad first game against Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots.
The No. 2 overall pick threw four interceptions and was sacked four times in the 25-6 loss. It was reminiscent of the infamous game that Sam Darnold was “seeing ghosts” and Kyle Van Noy was quick to point it out. Wilson appeared to be lost throughout the entire game and so were his teammates — especially toward the second half when Belichick turned up the pass rush.
A Jets fan on TikTok named “td.sports” has a page with NFL analysis and he perfectly broke down the play that led to Wilson’s first interception.
