To bring you into the weekend in style, we asked the lovely people at sketch London to whip us up a bespoke ES Insider cocktail. A twist on a classic Tom Collins cocktail recipe, the sketch x ES Insider Collins cocktail is a winning mix of vodka, raspberry and lime, with a sparkling tonic finish.

The sketch x ES Insider Collins cocktail
Ingredients
25ml Ciroc Vodka
25ml Black Raspberry Ciroc Vodka
15ml Blackberry liqueur
20ml Fresh lime juice
Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Mint (for the garnish)
How to make it:
Combine your Ciroc Vodka, Black Raspberry Ciroc Vodka, Blackberry liqueur and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake, pour over ice and top up with tonic. Add a sprig of mint to garnish.
