Khloe Kardashian wows Stand Up To Cancer fans with rare 'natural look' in surprise stint

Khloe Kardashian made a surprise appearance during Channel 4’s annual Stand Up To Cancer special – and viewers couldn’t quite believe their eyes.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 37, proved that she was a good sport as she encouraged all the Chloe’s in the UK to donate to the important cause.

Khloe appeared on camera looking incredibly fresh-faced as she beamed in the short clip.

The reality TV star poked fun at the British accent as she attempted to master it herself – but it was her unexpected appearance which grabbed viewers' attention.

In recent months, Khloe has faced criticism as social media users continuously accuse her of Photoshopping her images.

But during her brief appearance on the Channel 4 special, Khloe showcased her natural beauty.

And viewers couldn’t get enough.

“Khloe Kardashian on SUTC! I was NOT expecting that. She looks so good and so much better on live TV than social media,” gushed one viewer.

“OMG! Khloe K on Channel 4. This is mad!!! She looks amazing,” another echoed.

Meanwhile, a third gushed: “Khloe is actually so, so, so, pretty. I know she’s had work done but wow.”

“I don’t get why everyone hates on Khloe so much. She edits her photos as much as anyone else and as much as her sisters do, but she gets the blunt of it. She’s just as pretty in real life too,” someone else insisted.

“Khloe!!! She’s banging – doesn't need to edit her photos within an inch of her life like she does,” another chimed.

Former Big Brother star Davina McCall took to the stage alongside Maya Jama, Alan Carr and Adam Hills to host the celebrity fundraising event.

Stars from music, television and sports will are on hand throughout the evening to encourage donations, including the likes of Liam Gallagher, Liam Payne, The Jonas Brothers, Usain Bolt, Olivia Colman and Stephen Mangan.
