Khloe Kardashian has fallen in love with her cleavage so much that she wants to 'get a boob job' so that it becomes a permanent fixture.
Before attending Diana Ross's star-studded 75th birthday party, Khloe took to Instagram to share with her fans the "iconic" look that her outfit had given her.
At the same time, the 34-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star spoke about her desire to have breast enhancements, so that there 'was something there' when she undressed to her birthday suit.
The reality star's desire to go under the surgeon's knife comes after she previously urged her fans to 'get themselves plastic surgery or fillers'.

In an Instagram video for her 90 million followers, Khloe said: "You guys, bras like this make me want to get my boobs done because this cleavage.
"It’s iconic. But when I take the bra off. Sorry guys, there's really nothing there after the baby.
"But we can fake it till we make it, honey.”

Faking it is something that Khloe has urged others to embrace, if they are looking to feel happier about their body.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan back in 2016, Khloe spoke openly about cosmetic surgery and believed that it should be embraced like make-up.

She said at the time: "I think plastic surgery should be viewed almost like makeup, because we’re all putting on a f***ing mask basically every day anyway.
"I think people should get plastic surgery or fillers or lasers or whatever if they want it."

Having said that, Khloe has recently denied that she had cosmetic work done to her nose, despite admitting that it would be on the agenda sometime soon.
Writing on Instagram, Khloe revealed: "One day I think I’ll get one, because I think about it everyday.
"But I’m scared, so for now it’s all about contour."
