Khloe Kardashian is allegedly being sued for sharing a snap of Bella Hadid wearing her Good American jeans.
The mum-of-one started the denim brand in 2016 and posted two shots on Instagram of the model wearing jeans from the range.
Khloe wrote: “My baby @bellahadid is rocking her @goodamerican denim!! I love you Bella baby."
Bella, 25, replied with a crown and red heart emoji, adding, "Love YOU!!!"
However Alo Photography claim they own the rights to the photos and according to court filings obtained by InTouch, Khloe and Good American are being sued to recover damages for "copyright infringement".
They are said to be claiming that Khloe used the photos without permission to "promote" her business on her uber popular Instagram account.
“Upon information and belief, the infringements increased traffic to the account and, in turn, caused the defendant to realize an increase in its merchandise sales [for Good American],” the documents are said to state.
Khloe has since removed the images from her Instagram page however Alo are arguing that "a large number of people" have viewed them.

As such the company is said to be seeking an injunction to ban Khloe and the brand from using any of their photos on their social media accounts in the future.
The Mirror has contacted Khloe's reps for comment.
The reality regular has recently come under fire from fans for her comments on the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star, 37, tweeted that she was 'speechless and disgusted' after 17-year-old Rittenhouse was found not guilty on all counts by a jury on Friday.
However the post caused outrage on Twitter with users slamming Khloe for not commenting on the Astroworld tragedy that occurred this month.
Following a two-week trial, Kyle Rittenhouse walked free from court this week after shooting three people at a Black Lives Matter protest in 2020.
Joining a number of famous faces commenting on the case, Khloe tweeted: "Speechless and disgusted!!" after the verdict.
However fans accused the reality regular of being tone deaf having not yet spoken out on the tragic events at Travis Scott's concert on November 5.

One fumed: "You’ll comment on this but not the Travis Scott concert? Mmmmmmk. Stay in your lane lady."
While another raged: ""Did you just find out what happened at Astroworld ???"
However it wasn't all bad news for Khloe as one fan leapt to her defence saying: "Omg mean People! She had nothing to do with the concert! She doesn’t need to speak on Twitter about it."
