She has battled cheating boyfriends and betrayals from her closest allies but Khloe Kardashian has revealed she has well and truly bounced back.
Sharing a happy family beach snap, Khloe may have been showing off her incredible bikini bod but she was also confessing how she had spent the last weeks concentrating on her mind, body and soul.
In a simple aquamarine bikini Khloe displayed washboard abs and toned pins - she accessorised her look with simple chunky hoops and a beach hat.
Khloe, 35, captioned the pic: "This summer I have been focused on ME. Me from within. Mind. Body. Soul. ♡ #focused #peace #strength."
It comes as Khloe recently confessed she felt "overwhelmed" with her pregnancy weight gain.
In a Revenge Body trailer released on Sunday evening, she says: “When I just had the baby I really thought I am going give birth and I’m going to be my body would be back.
“I was overwhelmed with how I am going to lose all this weight again in my life. But if you want something bad enough you will fight for it."
