Khloe Kardashian has left her followers scratching their heads as they accused her of changing her face once again.
The reality TV star, 36, took to her Instagram account to post a cute selfie with her two-year-old daughter True, who she shares with on/off boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
In the snap Khloe sported a short brown bob hairstyle and a plumped up pout, which was coated in bright red lipstick.
Her Instagram followers were left baffled, with many saying she looks unrecognisable from her old self.
One commented: "Ugh this is the only girl I know to change her face every week."
"Another day another face," another commented.
A third wrote: "True will not recognise you if you keep changing your face and hair."
"Not sure who is on the photo with True?" another agreed.
It comes after fans spotted Khloe's "real face" in a trailer for the new series of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Earlier this year she had posted another selfie in which she looked like a whole new person.
In fact Khloe had sparked rumours that she'd gone under the knife to achieve her dramatic look when she posted the snap back in May.
But in a scene from KUWTK filmed around the same time she looks more like her normal self
This led many Kardashian fans to suggest that Khloe had edited her picture.
Fans said she looked like two different people with many calling her a "catfish".
