To make the already gruelling task more difficult, her two-year-old daughter True, who she shares with Tristan Thompson, was riding in the wagon.
Khloe looked incredible in skintight black leggings and matching jumper and trainers.
She soundtracked the video with Eye of The Tiger by Survivor to motivate herself even more.
Little true looked perfectly happy to join in her mum's workout while enjoying the ride.
Khloe captioned the post: "Lets do this! Eye of the Tiger.
"@donamatrixtraining was really pushing me this day."
Her post comes in defiance of the huge backlash her recent selfie received.
Her 111million Instagram followers were left baffled by her changing looks, with many questioning if she'd had plastic surgery.
Then some spotted that she seemed to have edited her photo as half her necklace was missing.
It followed a difficult couple of weeks for Khloe after her boyfriend Tristan admitted he took a DNA test when a woman claimed he'd fathered her child.
It followed reports that Khloe was pregnant with their second child.
The pair are thought to be back together after Khloe dumped him when he was rumoured to have kissed her little sister Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods.
