Khloe Kardashian has sold her luxury Los Angeles mansion to lifestyle guru Dhar Mann after living in it for six years.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians favourite is ready to make new memories in a brand new home after selling her property for a staggering £11.8million ($15.5million).
The mum-of-one, 35, purchased the jaw-dropping mansion in 2014 and has managed to sell it for double the price after renovating it.
Khloe purchased the eye-watering property from singer Justin Bieber when she was married to basketball star Lamar Odom.
LiveGlam beauty founder Dhar Mann is now the proud new owner and he's set to move in with his partner Laura Gurrola and their first child.
He was impressed by the 9,300sq foot mansion and couldn't wait to show it off on Instagram after he was confirmed as the new home owner.
The 36-year-old posed for his 3.1million fans outside of their sprawling pad, looking happier than ever.
His girlfriend held a sign which read: "Home Sweet Home."
It seems the big purchase came at a perfect time as the couple were celebrating Laura's birthday.
Chloe's gorgeous former home was featured in Architectural Digest after she revamped it in 2016.
Taking to his social media, Dhar wrote: "What better way to celebrate the birthday of my life partner @laurag_143 than to also celebrate us buying our new home!!!
"When Laura met me I was sharing a 350 square foot studio apartment with a roommate and sleeping on a couch. To be able to buy the house of our dreams today a few years later is a feeling I cannot even begin to describe."
He added: "Thank you God for bringing the love of my life into the world on this day and for always blessing my little family with more than we deserve!!! We’re so so grateful for the life you have given us and will never take it for granted."
Dhar is the owner of the LiveGlam beauty subscription which sends monthly makeup boxes for £15.29 ($19.99) a month.
His popular YouTube channel also boasts over 3.2million subscribers.
Khloe put her house up for sale in May for £15.75million ($18.95million).
It comes as she's rekindled her romance with Tristan Thompson in lockdown while playing happy families with their daughter True.
The huge house located in The Oaks neighbourhood of Calabasas became Khloe's home six years ago.
However it's now time to move on for the doting mother as she's finally said goodbye to her incredible home.
