Khloe Kardashian has revealed what her crazy daily schedule is like – and it involves getting up at 4.30am.
The reality TV favourite said her early morning starts allow her to go to the gym before her three-year-old daughter True wakes up.
She then spends the entire morning with True “to get her day going” and admits she “lives and dies by a schedule”.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan, the 37-year-old said: “Normally, I get up at 4.30am.
“I go to the gym before my daughter wakes up and then I have my morning with her to get my day going.
“If I didn’t have a schedule I’d feel really lost. I’m a little insane like that, but it makes me feel less stressed when I can see everything.”
Khloe credits her “regimented” mum Kris Jenner with instilling this quality in her and says that is where she gets it from.
Calling her mother an “inspiration”, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said she had learned so much from her over the years.
She added she didn’t know if her mum was “crazy or a genius” for having six kids and acting as a manager – or momager – to each one. “I don’t know how she does it,” Khloe admitted.
When it comes to planning her week, Khloe said she centres everything around True’s schedule.
And if she has to work a lot during the week, she clears her whole weekend so she can spend time with her daughter – something she says is “non-negotiable”.
This is so everything is accounted for and there are no surprises, which Khloe says gives her a “sense of peace”.
Peace is something Khloe may be wishing for even more of at the moment after it emerged after her ex Tristan Thompson – True’s dad – has fathered another child.
Paternity test results made public this week revealed he is the father of Maralee Nichols' child, something he had previously denied.
Issuing a grovelling apology to Khloe – who had recently taken him back – on Instagram, the 30-year-old baseball star said: “I take full responsibility for my actions.
“Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son."
He added: "I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.
"Khloe, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you."
He continued: “You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you.
"I have the upmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry."
Khloe has yet to publicly comment on the apology.
