Khloe Kardashian has hinted she’s “happy, hurting and healing” after her relationship with Tristan Thompson following a cheating scandal.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star ended her romance with the basketball player, who is the father of her one-year-old daughter True, earlier this year, after it emerged that he had kissed Jordyn Woods at a party in Los Angeles.
The 34-year-old shared an inspirational passage on her Instagram Stories, which alluded to feeling “proud” at her ability to “heal”.
“I’m happy, hurting and healing at the same time,” the message read.
“Don’t ask me how I’m doing it because I don’t know, but I’m doing it, and I’m so proud of myself.”
She also shared another motivational quote, which read: “Give yourself some credit for the days you made it when you thought you couldn’t.”
The reality star’s post comes after her older sister Kourtney revealed that she is in a “really good place” following her split from Thompson.
Speaking on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kourtney said that she empathised with her sibling’s plight following her own split from Scott Disick, with whom she shares three children.
“I know what it’s like to want to make your family stay together because I worked really hard at that for many years,” she told DeGeneres last week.
“She’s very strong and I just feel like she’s in a really good place. I think she’s really good at dealing with her emotions.
“Moments like this really bring our family closer together and you realise how important family is.”
The 40-year-old said that Khloe is “doing the best she can do” and is focused on “being the best mother to her daughter”.
Khloe and Thompson recently reunited for their daughter’s first birthday celebrations. Both stars posted clips from the extravagant party on social media.
