The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 35, has been leaving the house early to go to food shops within the first hour of them opening up - a window of time reserved for elderly shoppers.
The mum-of-one has been paying countless OAP's receipts as she continues to use her position to help others during this distressing time.
Khloé has also generously bought shop gift cards for more than 200 employees at stores she visited for them to use towards their food shops too.

It comes as Khloé's sister Kim Kardashian revealed she is donating £1 million from her SKIMS shapewear brand to help mothers and children in need of support during the global coronavirus pandemic.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is the latest celebrity to donate funds to help others affected by COVID-19.

The mum-of-four, 39, took to Instagram to announce she'd be restocking her underwear line to help bring relief to those who need it.
Sharing a snap of herself and a group of women modelling her collection, she wrote: "To support Mothers and Children in need during this time, I’m proud to announce @SKIMS is committed to donating $1M to families affected by COVID-19.

"On Monday, we will restock the collection we first launched with, and in doing so, be able to help bring relief to those affected by this pandemic. Shop the Solutionwear restock on March 30 at 9AM PST / 12PM EST. Photo: #VanessaBeecroft"
