Khloe Kardashian has candidly opened up on the reunion for Keeping Up With The Kardashians about how the show made her feel.
The 36-year-old has spent the last 14 years of her life filming 20 seasons the reality TV series and admits it hasn't all been plain sailing.
Throughout the filming, viewers have watched relationships come and go and tensions boil between the sisters, but while Khloe has often appeared full of confidence she admits that the show led to her having insecurities.
During the show, Khloe was targeted by trolls and body shamers, although she admits that people treat her differently now post-weight loss.
However, she confessed that her insecurities only began to come to a head after Keeping Up With The Kardashians first aired.
She told the reunion show's host Andy Cohen: "Interestingly enough, I was so confident and secure before the show.
"I became insecure because of everyone else telling me."
And she also spilled that she felt her sisters received better treatment than her because of their looks and explained how she was often pushed into the background.
She continued: "We did so many photoshoots where they would receive racks and racks of clothes and I was told by so many different stylists, I was given about two or three pieces of clothing but not to worry because I would be in the background anyway.
"I don't want to people to feel like they have to be a certain size to be accepted."
The Good American founder's looks have been a discussion point for some time with some fans complaining she's had too much work done and now has "a new face".
She admitted to the host that she had a nose job but didn't accept the accusation that she had been secretive about it.
"Everyone gets so upset like why I don't talk about it," Khloe revealed. "No one's ever asked me."
Elsewhere in the reunion, Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian both opened up about their past together before discussing their thoughts about each other's new relationships.
Scott honestly admitted that things could have been different if he had stayed on the path to sobriety - a claim that Kourtney also acknowledged.
But the pair have now both moved on with their lives with Scott dating influencer Amelia Grey Hamlin and Kourtney in a very public relationship with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
