Khloe Kardashian fans were left stunned at the star's latest Instagram snap as they accused her of changing her looks again.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 36, recently came under fire as her fans said she looked noticeably different in her latest snaps - with some claiming she's had surgery to change her face.
And now Khloe, who hasn't responded to any of the rumours, has posted a selfie with her mum Kris Jenner - with fans insisting she looked different to her last snap.
"She looks so different in the recent pics," one wrote.
Another follower commented: "Same surgeon, both looking hot [flame emoji]"
As a third criticised: "Yall face look odd"
"What have you done to your face, Khloe?" a fourth concerned follower asked.
"Their cheeks are gonna be in their neck soon," a fifth added following recent surgery rumours.
Khloe captioned the black-and-white snap: "♔ My Queen ♔" as she snuggled up to her lookalike mother in the unrecognisable selfie.
The reality star was the spitting image of her mum, who shares some of the same features - including the same face shape, nose and cheeks structure.
They both oozed glamour in the gorgeous photo, pouting at the camera.
Others were shocked by how much they resemble each other.
One wrote: "So I see where koko got her looks from [side eye emoji]"
"Literally twins omgg," another shared.
The superstar sparked fresh surgery rumours after sharing a gorgeous Instagram snap where she showed off a plumper pout.
Many fans remarked on her lips - suggesting she may have had fillers to plump up her pout.
Some put the changes down to clever lipstick and editing tricks, while others are convinced she's had more work done.
One tweeted: "A person who continuously undergoes plastic surgery for vanity reasons has something going on."
Another added: "Idk why people hating on Khloé Kardashian. So what if she got surgery? Her Choice not yours."
A third wrote: "Never be someone on tv especially Khloe who’s had more surgery then her whole family, you look way better then her, you’re beautiful girl."
Despite all the surgery speculation, Khloe has previously insisted she's never gone under the knife - and doubts she ever will.
She denied having a nose job and insisted her different look was down to clever make-up.
Khloe said: "One day I think I’ll get one because I think about it every day.
"But I’m scared so, for now, it’s all about contour."
