Khloe Kardashian has shocked fans with her latest snap, with many saying they don't even recognise her anymore.
The 35-year-old took to Instagram to plug a skin care treatment and looked worlds away from her usual self.
She sported a line-free face and a huge pout as she posted a string of photos following her treatment.
But her followers were left baffled by the images, with many saying she doesn't look like the Khloe they know and love.
Khloe turned off the comments on her Insta post, but that didn't stop Twitter users from disecting the pictures on the site.
One tweeted: "Bro who is Khloe Kardashian anymore? She looks like a whole different person."
"Y’all... tf is Khloe Kardashian doing to her face ?!? Holy s**t" another posted.
A third said: "Khloe doesn’t even look like Khloe anymore!! Wth."
"Is it just me or is Khloe Kardashian starting to look more plastic?" another agreed.
Khloe has always denied that she's had plastic surgery.
But she previously said she'd be open to getting a nose job as she's always felt self-conscious about that part of her body
She told followers: "One day I think I'll get one because I think about it everyday.
"But I'm scared so for now it's all about contour."
Earlier this year it was reported that Khloe was planning a huge plastic surgery spree after Tristan Thompson chated on her with Jordyn Woods.
According to Heat magazine Khloe wants to undergo a secret boob job, liposuction and get "higher cheekbones like Jordyn".
"She's going to get bigger boobs and she also wants higher cheekbones like Jordyn. Then she's planning on lipo on her butt and stomach," they claimed.
